Parents of children who will be 5 years old by July 31 are eligible to enroll in kindergarten for the next school year. Families are invited to attend a Kindergarten Round-Up session as they make their decision. These are informational sessions with the New Parent welcoming committee, principal and kindergarten teachers. Learn about the enrollment process, meet the teachers and visit the classrooms.
The first Kindergarten Round-Up for the 2022-23 school year is Wednesday, November 10, 7:00 pm in Tighe Hall (church basement). Kindergarten Round-Up is a parents only evening.

Fee Descriptions:
Adjusted Tuition* - Adjusted tuition is a fee that is paid by tithing school families but not by those paying full tuition. Adjusted tuition was implemented in 2012 to allow the parish to fund capital improvement/maintenance/repair projects on our school physical plant that would be difficult to absorb into the school's operating budget. Adjusted tuition may also be utilized to balance the school budget as needed. Adjusted tuition is determined annually by the parish Administrative Ministry Team (Finance Committee.) The formula that is used to compute adjusted tuition employs a depreciation factor that predicts the useful life of our school building as 39 years. Adjusted tuition fees are accumulated and held in a clearing account until needed. The monies may be used for school budget or school projects only - none of these monies can be used for church budget or church building improvements/repairs.
School Supplies - School supplies (other than Kindergarten) are not included in fees paid during enrollment. School supply listed for the next academic year are distributed to families by June 1st. Families may choose to purchase the supplies on their own or participate in the school’s vendor program.
6th & 7th Grade Book Fees** - Students in grades 6-7 complete novel studies with a variety of pieces of literature and informational texts. One of the skills students develop in middle school grades is annotation, which requires students to mark the text. This fee covers the purchase of paperback books that students can annotate and then will own when the study is complete.
Families who are not members of the parish community may pay tuition to send their children to Visitation Catholic School. Tuition and enrollment fees will be set no later than January 31 for the upcoming school year. The fee structure for tuition-paying families in 2021-2022 is described below:
Tuition: $8,500.00 for first student in a family; $8,000.00 for 2nd and 3rd students in the same family. Tuition per family is capped at 3 students. Tuition may be paid in full at the beginning of the school year, in two installments at the beginning of each semester or in ten monthly installments from August through May.
Registration fees: Fees paid at the time of enrollment are the same as described above under Tithing Families, with one exception. Tuition families do not pay Adjusted Tuition.
