For the Church Lot by Family Name, please click here. For the Church Lot by Number, please click here. To see a diagram of the parking lots, please click here.
These assignments were made with every consideration given to keeping the same space numbers if possible. They were also assigned according to date turned in. Unfortunately, there are simply not enough spaces to accommodate everyone who wants a space. With this in mind, please reconsider your space needs. Please make every effort to carpool with other school families and be sure that you will really be using your space every day. If you find that you can give your space to someone else who needs it, please contact the school office. There are several families on the waiting list. Several families already responded by giving up their space or sharing with another family. Thank you! Thank you!

Visitation 2010 School Auction
The planning process has begun for the annual school auction. This year’s theme is Visitation: Rockin for the Ages and Rollin for the Future, so mark your calendars for Friday, November 12 and start looking for your favorite band t-shirt because this is going to be a fantastic party.
Proceeds:
This is our school’s biggest fundraiser. Last year we raised a record $180,000 profit – which means we have a higher hurdle this year, especially given these hard economic times. This fundraiser is extremely important to the school. Proceeds support the school’s technology needs, provides the teacher’s with unfulfilled “wish list” items, contributes to the school’s endowment, and the majority of the proceeds are used to purchase a bond which supports the school’s annual budget.
Volunteering:
We have an incredible group of parents chairing the various committees that help put on the auction. But we do need more help! Here are a few of the key volunteer opportunities:
• Understudy to take over Sponsor solicitation committee
• A volunteer from each grade to either plan or find a family to host your grade party that we will sell in the party center at the auction.
• Volunteers to join the prize acquisition committee to solicit auction items
There are many other ways to get involved. Please contact Andrea Rudolph Miller at arudolph@kcstar.com if you are interested in volunteering.
Donations:
We are asking that each family donate at least one item for the auction. This could include anything from a product or service to support many of the categories in our silent auction, large ticket items to support our live auction or become a dinner or dessert home for Progressive Dinner. Whether you buy and donate the item yourself or get a neighborhood business to donate a gift, please do your part to donate at least one item to the auction. Remember – these items are TAX deductible. Please click herefor an auction item donation form. The first item donation turn in date is September 29, but don’t put it off until the last minute!
